Daniel at ruadan46@gmail.com is looking for information on Nicholas (Nick) Codd of Milehouse, Enniscorthy, Wexford. Danny Dowling interviewed Myles Lambert of Milehouse in 1974. Myles identified Nick Codd and his son Richard (Richard aged about 80 in 1974) as two local part time thatchers. The Codd’s lived in the cottage opposite Mahon’s of Milehouse. Nick lost a hand in a horse drawn threshing machine.

Michael at michael-carter2010@hotmail.com is searching for Ellen Joyce née Cody (c. 1836-1911). According to 1901 census she stated her birthplace was in Co. Waterford. She married William Joyce (c. 1837-1901) (farmer) on 25 Nov. 1858, in Oughterard, County Galway, Ireland. They were the parents of at least 8 children. Ellen died on 11 May 1911, in Oughterard, County Galway, Ireland, at the age of 76.
